How can we help?

Answers about practice mode, bets, settlement, your account and limits. Still stuck? The contact form is at the bottom of this page.

Practice mode

Practice credits (PC) are a virtual balance used only on litzbet. They have no cash value, cannot be bought with money and cannot be paid out, sold or exchanged. Every new account starts with 1,000.00 PC, and you can add more from the wallet — up to 2,000.00 PC per top-up and within your own top-up limit.

litzbet lets you learn how a sportsbook works — prices, slips, settlement, limits — without financial risk. Real-money betting in Belgium requires a licence from the Gaming Commission and identity checks; none of that is switched on here, so nothing on the site moves money.

No. Competitions and team names are real so the board feels familiar, but kick-off times, live scores, results and prices are simulated for practice play. Every event page and the footer say so. Settlement uses the simulated final shown on the event page.

It lets you practise the withdrawal step: credits leave your practice balance at once, the request is shown as pending for about two minutes and then as completed. No payment is made.

Bets and the slip

Tap any price. It is highlighted in lime and lands in the slip, which opens from the lime “Slip” button in the dock (on large screens next to the sports list it is always open). Tap the same price again to remove it. Picking another outcome of the same market replaces the first one.

A single is one bet per selection, each with the stake you enter. A multiple combines selections from different events into one bet: all must win, and the odds multiply. A system (from three selections) places every combination from doubles up to one fewer than all selections, each as its own line with the same stake — so one loser does not sink the whole bet.

Outcomes of one match depend on each other (a home win and over 2.5 goals often go together), so they cannot be priced fairly as a multiple. Put them in as singles instead — the slip tells you when that is the case.

If it improves, the slip uses the better price. If it drops, the slip shows the old and the new price and waits for you to press Accept; the server refuses the bet until you do. A hatched button means the market is paused for a few seconds — it cannot be picked until it reopens.

No. Each confirmation carries a one-time key; if the same request arrives twice, the server returns the first bet instead of making a second one, and only one stake is taken.

Settlement and results

Automatically, as soon as every event in it has finished. Winnings go straight to your practice balance and the bet moves to “Settled” in My bets with the result of each selection.

Football markets settle on 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Ice hockey regulation markets settle on 60 minutes; “Winner (incl. overtime)” includes overtime. Basketball includes overtime. Tennis, volleyball, table tennis, darts and snooker settle on the completed match; races on the official finishing order. The full list is in the betting rules.

A selection whose result lands exactly on a whole-number line (for example a handicap of −1.0 when the team wins by one) or a “draw no bet” that ends in a draw. The stake on it is returned; inside a multiple it counts as odds 1.00.

Account and security

Anyone aged 18 or older, one account per person. We ask for your date of birth at registration and check it on the server.

Use Reset password. If the email belongs to an account, we send a link that works once and for one hour. The page says the same thing either way, so nobody can find out which emails are registered.

Write to us through the form below. We close the account and delete the personal data we are not required to keep. If you only need distance from betting, a time-out in Limits works immediately.

Limits and breaks

You choose an amount per day, week or month. Lowering it applies at once. Raising it waits seven days, and the old limit stays in force meanwhile; you can cancel a pending increase.

A time-out pauses betting and top-ups for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Self-exclusion does the same for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. Neither can be shortened once started. For a break from all licensed gambling in Belgium, ask the Gaming Commission for an EPIS exclusion.

If you switch it on, a note appears every 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes with how long you have been on litzbet and quick links to your bets and to taking a break.
